Ethos Academy Trust: Myth Busting & Staff Recruitment (2018 - present)

Ethos Academy Trust was formed in September 2018 as a result of long-standing effective partnerships between three SEMH settings in Kirklees. The three founding schools have a strong track record of providing high-quality education and support to children and schools across Key Stages 1 to 4. They seek to explore, nurture and develop the qualities that make our pupils unique through the provision of the highest-quality education and support to all young people.

  • Bust myths around working in SEMH education settings to attract high-quality staff into vacancy opportunities.
  • Raise the profile of the core values, vision and identity of the Trust across all key platforms.

  • Providing a comprehensive creative service across the organisation and within individual settings.
  • Creating and implementing new marketing and communication strategies.
  • Growing key business development initiatives.
