The Engaging Education team is full of talented and passionate creatives committed to providing the best service for our partners. We are experiencing an exciting period of growth in terms of the services we provide, the clients we work with, and the size of our team.

We Are Engaging Education. 

We are experts in photography, videography, graphic design, animation, digital, copy and project management. We deliver all creative services in-house, working collaboratively to deliver engaging and effective materials and campaigns across the board. 

We have been working in the education sector for over ten years, building a real solid understanding of the landscape. This means that we’re not just a creative agency, we’re a strategic agency too, helping to guide our partners towards their long-term goals. 

We work with a wide range of partners from schools, academies and Multi Academy Trusts to local authorities, enterprise partnerships and national organisations. We build strong, personable and professional partnerships with every organisation we work with in order to fully understand their needs and deliver the best service. 

We Work Flexibly and Collaboratively. 

After a long period of remote working from 2020-21, we have now adopted a flexible approach to working, splitting our time between home and the studio to benefit from the best of both worlds. We use Microsoft 365 and a central server to ensure we can work together easily wherever we’re based, allowing us to maintain high standards and quick turnarounds no matter what. 

We believe that collaboration is the key to continually driving forward and innovating in our services. We ensure that all members of the team are given regular opportunities to work together both day-to-day and as part of our regular Innovation Days. These days provide a real valuable opportunity for everyone in the team to share what they have been working on as well as new ideas with the group, ensuring we never stand still in terms of our approach. 

We Care About Our Team. 

We know that we can’t continue to do our best work without looking after the wellbeing of every member of the team. We have a designated Wellbeing Officer and schedule regular one-to-one catchups to ensure that every individual within the team is heard and happy in their work. 

As well as wellbeing catchups, every member of the team benefits from regular opportunities to plan and monitor their CPD and career progression with their Team Lead. Through mentoring, training courses and self-development days, we aim to support everyone across the team to achieve their professional goals  

Our flexible approach to working means that we are very family friendly, and can facilitate the majority of needs when it comes to hours. Speaking of which, every member of our team benefits from a generous holiday package, including a two-week company closure over the Christmas period. 

Our Values Club is made up of members of all individual creative teams, and is key in bringing a little something extra to working with Engaging Education. From organising regular team social events to sending little surprises through the post, the Values Club keeps morale high for the whole team. 

We Are Based on a Beautiful National Trust Site. 

We are extremely fortunate to be based in an open-plan studio situated on the grounds of the beautiful Nostell Priory. With 300 acres of gardens, parklands, woodlands and lakes right on our doorstep, we can’t think of anywhere better to work! 

We are lucky to have a range of cafés situated right around the corner from the studio, as well as a bike rental scheme and more than enough parking (you wouldn’t get that in a city centre!). Plus, Nostell is the perfect place to encounter a dog or two on a scenic lunchtime walk… 

The studio itself has a warm, creative and collaborative atmosphere, making it easy to share new ideas (and catch up on the latest episode of Bake Off). We have plenty of space for work and play, including individual workstations, a conference room, break areas, a PlayStation, TV and a ping-pong table. All of this is fuelled by lots of snacks and drinks available for the whole team.

Ultimately, everything we do is with the aim of supporting the academies, schools, Multi Academy Trusts and other organisations we work with to deliver the best possible service. We passionately believe in the power of education to transform lives for children, young people and adults, and are committed to making a real impact through our work.
